This service accepts same-day bookings, which was really convenient for me. I was able to book it just in time before my arrival. Although I felt a bit nervous as a solo traveler late at night, especially because the pickup sign was a little hard to spot among others, the customer service and agency were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to find me. The booking process was easy; we got our tickets at the pier ticket office, which was cheaper than paying cash. There were still seats available on the boat, and you can also check in your luggage.

Very convenient! Go to the second floor, collect your tickets, and fill out the Thailand arrival card. Sample forms are available to help you fill it out, and the staff will patiently assist you. Remember to board the boat later, as the large boat will transfer to a smaller one. Try to get a seat towards the back of the first small boat, so you'll be the first one to arrive on the island and avoid long queues for immigration. Get your passport back first, then proceed with immigration.


