Reviews: Hong Kong - Shenzhen|Hong Kong Disneyland – Shenzhen Bay Port [Cross-border business shuttle with fixed departure times]

The journey was smooth. There was a large bus that picked me up from Hong Kong Disneyland and took me to Shenzhen Bay Station. I booked on Trip and they confirmed the booking very quickly. I put my WeChat in and the driver contacted me to provide me with the pick-up point information. The license plate number was given 30 minutes before the trip. Overall, it was good and suitable for people traveling back to Shenzhen.

Following the clear directions from customer service, I arrived at the entrance of the TurboJET travel shop on the first floor and found the receptionist. The older woman sitting behind the counter was quite noisy, but the thinner colleague who led me down was much more polite. The tall, imposing man next to him also had excellent service. We arrived quickly.
Reviews: Cross-border bus from Hong Kong to Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport (departing from Prince Edward/Tsim Sha Tsui/Sheung Wong/Wong Tai Sin) (Trans-Island Limousine, QR code verification available)

Shenzhen needs to improve after the customs clearance, Shenzhen staff arrangements are chaotic, if you don't ask, there is no one to remind you that the place to get on the bus has been changed.

Very convenient than the high speed train. At first i was hesitant to book this as i dont where to find the van. When booking Didi pin the address to Shenzhen Bay Port (Shenzhen Port Area), after getting off show ask people there where is the van to china, show them the photo, and its easy to find it, just across the informatjon center.
Reviews: [Hong Kong Airport Express Cross-border bus] Hong Kong International Airport to Shenzhen Futian Huanggang Port bus ticket (QR code for direct use)

Go directly to the airport passenger terminal. The new address is: Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 2, Tourist Bus Waiting Hall (L3), counters 13-14. The bus departs as soon as it is full, which is very convenient. You don't have to drag your luggage around. Just get off at your chosen port. You don't have to get off the bus for Hong Kong customs clearance. Great!
