This was a great day trip. The hotel pick-up and drop-off was very thoughtful, and the tour guide arrived on time and accompanied us throughout the trip. The guide provided commentary in English, and since our English wasn't very good, the guide translated important points into Chinese for us. Overall, the itinerary was fulfilling, Ba Na Hills was beautiful, and the buffet was fantastic. I hope the weather will be even better next time, and it would be even more perfect if the return trip could be delayed a bit.

When you come to Da Nang, you must go to Bana Mountain. The mountain was cloudy, foggy, wind and rain that day. This is the only small regret, but this does not affect the various attractions in the whole trip. The local tour guide Ms HONG arranged the itinerary reasonably, professional and attentive. Special praise for the lunch arrangement, very rich, All the same sex people praised that the food was very comfortable! The trip is recommended!

This was a well organized trip that went exactly according to plan. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable and communication was smooth and easy. Occcasionally, things moved a little faster than necessary but overall the pacing was quite adequate. I would have appreciated a little more guidance with the way the Fourr Seasons restaurant worked because the moment we set foot inside the guide and the group disappeared. A table reserved for the group would have been nice, as well as more info on what each floor offered, etc. In any case, these were minor issues and did not detract from the overall positive experience.

The Ba Na Hills trip was the most anticipated part of my Da Nang trip! The guide arrived right in front of my hotel, where we were picked up, and we set off for Ba Na Hills without a hitch. He pointed out photo spots and made it easy to board the cable car. I enjoyed the amount of free time. After clearly informing us of the meeting point and time, he pointed out must-see spots and let us enjoy our free time. For the buffet, he pointed us to a place that served Indian food, but when we were craving Korean food, he pointed us to a place that served bibimbap. ^^ We were also given a small souvenir as we left. Ba Na Hills is a must-visit on your Da Nang trip... I highly recommend signing up for this convenient tour.


