This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^

I was traveling alone and was a little nervous about how everything would go, but this tour exceeded all expectations. The team was incredibly kind, attentive, and caring—I felt comfortable and safe throughout the entire trip. The sunrise jeep tour to Gunung Batur was simply stunning: the sunrise views were unforgettable, the atmosphere was magical. After sunrise, we visited a cafe in Kintamani with a stunning view of the volcano and lake—the perfect end to the trip. Everything was perfectly organized, unhurried, and with attention to detail. I highly recommend this tour, especially for solo travelers—you'll definitely feel cared for and welcomed.

It was an unforgettable adventure, the climb took 2 hours, it was difficult in places, we took breaks, but it was worth it, the sunrise was beautiful, plus they brought breakfast for us at the top, our guide was very nice and pleasant

I made a last-minute reservation the day before, but they contacted me quickly via WhatsApp, so everything went smoothly. Jow, the jeep driver, was incredibly cheerful and energetic! His photography skills were also professional, so I was able to capture tons of incredible shots! I highly recommend him. Mal, our pickup driver, was also friendly and welcoming, which made for a great start to the day. If I had to pick one activity that stood out the most in Bali, it would have to be the sunrise jeep tour. The sunrise from the top of the mountain was breathtaking, and it was a truly unforgettable moment. If you're planning a trip to Bali, I highly recommend the Mount Batur jeep tour!!!!

The tour guide and driver were very polite. The only thing we didn't understand was why the driver was with his wife when the car picked us up (?). Unfortunately, we were unlucky; the sunrise was completely cloudy. However, the atmosphere was absolutely stunning. + The photos from the tour guide are top-notch!


