② During the Lunar New Year, Nan'ao Island limits vehicle entries to 10,000. To avoid peak traffic, enter the island between 5:00 AM–6:00 AM and exit before 1:00 PM–2:00 PM. Consider carefully if this schedule doesn't suit you!!

3. Pick-up & drop-off location:

① Based on the booked package, hotel pick-up and drop-off services are provided within the following areas: Chaozhou city (Xiangqiao District), Shantou city (Jinping District/Longhu District), and Nan'ao Island (Houzhai/Qingao Bay).

② If the pick-up/drop-off location is outside the designated area (such as Chaozhou City/Chaoshan Station/Airport/Chenghai District/Haojiang District/Chaoyang District/Chaonan District/Chao'an District), please contact customer support online to inquire about additional fees. You can specify the exact hotel/location in the remarks section when submitting your booking.

4. Inclusions & Exclusions:

1. Inclusions: bridge tolls, parking fees, fuel/electricity charges, vehicle usage fees. Meals for drivers/guides are self-responsible.

2. Vehicle time slot: Off-island same-day transfers within a 10-hr time slot, off-island pickup to on-island drop-off within a 9-hr time slot, on-island pickup to off-island drop-off within a 9-hr time slot. Overtime due to traffic congestion will incur additional driver fees.

③ Overtime Fee Policy: For 5-seater or 7-seater vehicles, an overtime fee of 50/hr will be charged for the driver. For Buick business vehicles/9-seater minibuses, the overtime fee is 80/hr. For 11-seater and above vehicles, the overtime fee is 100/hr.

4. Exclusions: Attraction admission tickets, meals for visitors, overtime fees.

How to use

After placing your order, our staff will contact you by phone or WeChat to confirm your itinerary by 10:00 PM (local time) the day before your trip. Please ensure your provided phone number/contact information remains accessible.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 PM, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cannot be canceled after reservation

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
