Overall the guide and driver wwre very punctual and helpful with explaining everything and where everything is. The only issue we personally had was during pick up we had to wait really long because the other parties joining were late. We personally feel that if they arent down on time wait for 5 minutes and then leave since the people who are already in the bus/van were waiting. We were picked up around 10:20am and we were only able to depart to genting after picking three parties and waiting for them around 11:45am close to 12pm.★

The second time I came to Kuala Lumpur, I really like this city. It is diverse and inclusive. Most Malaysian Chinese give me the feeling. It is very peaceful, stable and courteous. The leader of this trip, Yang Sidao, is like this. In order to take care of the elderly in the team, I will help stop near the attractions and run to the distance to park. Thank you very much! The experience was great. Because I had already visited some places on the original itinerary, the driver and guide took us to a durian farm to eat black raisins and then to Bentong Village to eat the famous Bentong tofu. The elephant park was also great. The show at the elephant park only introduced the elephants' names and ages and watched them play in the river. They were very kind to the elephants and did not require them to perform entertainment shows. We were unable to visit the deer park due to sudden heavy rain. The driver and guide Carol was very friendly, made good arrangements, and was very responsible in introducing us to Kuala Lumpur. 👍★

There were a few problems when they were assigning me a bus reservation, and at that time there were about 5 of them traveling in that direction. They couldn't find my reservation for a long time and put me on the bus, but then they sorted it out with the guide and overall I liked the excursion.
