Our tour guide was very informative and passionate about what she did. We learnt a lot about the Māori culture and enjoyed seeing the beautiful geothermal landscape in Te Puia. Our kids also loved seeing the baby Kiwi on site. The whole attraction was very clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend visiting this place.★

It was a wonderful evening. The guide and the performers seemed (to my knowledge) very authentic and made the guests feel comfortable. Although there were a lot of visitors, the whole event was very well organized. The food was absolutely delicious and there was more than enough. I highly recommend this experience!★

I was able to see the waterfall up close and experience the volume of water. I was seated near the front, so I got quite wet, but the weather was good and I was able to dry quickly even without a swimsuit. You don't need a hat, but if you do, make sure to attach a string. It was an incredibly fun and unforgettable experience in New Zealand!★

This experience was, hands down, one of the best cultural experiences we’ve ever enjoyed. The guides and performers were incredibly knowledgeable, and their interaction with guests was both engaging and fun. The performances — singing and dancing — were loud, proud, and full of energy, and it was clear how much they genuinely loved putting on a show for us.
The hāngī and Māori food experience was exceptional: absolutely delicious with a generous variety, including duck, lamb, and wagyu beef. We also chose the paired non-alcoholic menu, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch.
My only suggestion would be to have some background music while dining, but aside from that, the experience was faultless. A solid 10/10★

Absolutely magical day! Very comfortable van. Loved the smaller group. Shelley was our driver and guide. Loved her experience and educating us along the way. Will never forget the experience. You will not regret being driven to this remote spot and the stops along the way to enjoy the epic scenery. Can't recommend enough. Thank you Shelley!
