Overall, it was alright. The local travel agency (also run by Chinese people) made reasonable arrangements. Lunch was rather simple: fried rice with egg and a bread roll that foreigners like. The original scenery was nice. The only regret was that I was cheated out of 80 yuan by the price I booked on Ctrip. Booking directly on-site would only cost 180 yuan, but I booked for 260 yuan. I only found out after boarding the bus and talking with other members of the tour group. I thought I was a 20-year loyal customer and wouldn't be ripped off. 😑
