We had the best English tour guide Ms Muse Velez who accompanied us in every scenic spot and even offered to take good photos of us. She is also excellent at explaining the history of Taiwan. Overall, it was a fun experience especially the sky lantern, tasting the street foods and souvenir shopping all in 1 day. Highly recommended!★

Thank you to our local tour operator, Toby; his online service was attentive, thoughtful, and friendly. Our guide, Veiley, was very gentle, took excellent care of the group, and was multi-talented. The entire trip, from airport pick-up to drop-off, was seamless and smooth. The activities were plentiful, and shopping was scheduled during the driver's rest time, with no forced shopping and no disruption to the itinerary. The tour bus and cruise ship were both comfortable, and the lunch buffet was delicious. The scenery was beautiful, the scenic areas were clean, and we had a great time. The value for money was truly excellent. Thank you.★

Hello, everything was good overall.
What I liked: A polite driver and a comfortable vehicle.
What I didn't like: Poor organization at the rafting location and a long wait time. However, the rafting itself was wonderful and we had fun.
Instead of the advertised 9 km, we were told the route would be maximum 7 km, and part of our payment was refunded. I also didn't like how the instructors pressured us for tips — they would approach closely and stand there waiting until we gave them money.
Overall, the price-quality ratio was acceptable. Thank you!★

We found this tour great! The bus starts early morning and takes about 2,5 hours to get to Jinshanling. A short shuttle bus service from the ticket gate to a souvenir selling area was included, however not all the way up to the wall, which some other tourists outside our tour took. The hike is quite hard, the wall goes up and down steeply and many times. We had a great guide, who took good care of all our group members and explained clearly the timeline and itinerary of the day. Our group reached the east gate to catch our bus back to Beijing at around 14:30. The way back to Beijing takes a bit longer due to evening traffic. We reached Beijing a bit before 6pm, which was great considering other tours might arrive late at night.★

Delicious food and the best view of the city imaginable. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to see the entire panorama. The boat wasn't crowded, and you could book a seat on deck for the tour for a small extra charge. But even without a seat, the view was fantastic.
