How to use

Must be booked before 18:30 (local time), 3 days before travelers participate in the cycling activity.

A staff member will contact you by 6:30 PM (local time) one day before your trip at the latest.

On the day of your trip, please gather at the designated meeting point with the reserved traveler ID.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 1:00 AM, 7 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 80% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
