Reviews: From Alice Springs: Day Trip to Uluru with BBQ Dinner

A fantastic tour! The bus ride is long...but you can sleep well in the evening. It's a long day, but the guides were always in great spirits and explained everything perfectly. The BBQ at sunset was absolutely breathtaking.

The bus was large, and the driver was friendly. He provided detailed explanations of Outback, including information I hadn't learned from the guidebook. I listened attentively. We stopped at rest stops every hour and a half, where we could grab a drink and take photos, which was nice. However, even with the air conditioning on, it was so hot I was drenched in sweat. It felt like I'd stepped into a sauna.

The cultural history of Uluru and the geological makeup of this massive natural phenomenon was so interesting. Our guide, Yad, was very nice and informative! Our bus driver, Charlie, was kind and interesting. It was a wonderful, worthwhile day!
