How to use

1. Select your desired date and time to book.

2. Confirm the mobile confirmation voucher or the voucher sent via email.

The confirmation voucher will be sent after the merchant confirms your booking.

3. Please arrive at the experience venue on time.

4. Present your confirmation voucher at the ticket office to exchange for a physical ticket, then proceed to the boarding area.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 4:00 PM, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 4:00 PM 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 4:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 70% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 4:00 PM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

1. Boarding and identity verification take time, so please strictly adhere to the boarding time. If you do not arrive by the departure time, it will be considered a same-day cancellation with no refund.

2. When boarding or disembarking, please follow the captain's (crew's) safety instructions and avoid any behavior that may harm other passengers.

3. Depending on weather conditions and wind intensity, flights may be changed or canceled for passenger safety.

4. Pregnant women, elderly or frail individuals, and intoxicated persons are not permitted to board the vessel.

5. While outside food is allowed (excluding alcoholic beverages), please refrain from consuming strong-smelling foods that may cause discomfort to others.

While Hangang Park's public parking is available, it gets extremely crowded on weekends and holidays, so we recommend taking public transportation instead.

Simple drinks and snacks are available for purchase in the customer lounge (non-alcoholic wine, non-alcoholic beer, and beverages).

8. If the appointment cannot be made due to company reasons, our customer support team will notify you via email.

Children aged 24 months or older can board for free, but must present age verification documents (e.g. passport) upon boarding.

10. Always wear a life jacket and do not remove it while on board.
