This day trip was fantastic! We visited four places, each with beautiful scenery. At Dazaifu, you can draw a fortune slip; I got a "small good" one, hoping for better academic results. Yufuin was also great for exploring, with lots of little shops. My favorite was the Beppu Ropeway 🚡. It started snowing as soon as we set off, and by the time we reached the top, everything was covered in snow—it was incredibly beautiful, and the kids loved it. My biggest complaints about the Kamado Hell were that the cannonball pit area was too small, making it very crowded, and the 30-minute time limit was too short; 45 minutes would have been more reasonable.

A wonderful day trip! The itinerary was well-planned, and every attraction was perfectly placed! Has Vivian as our tour guide for the trip. She was gentle and friendly to all of us. I really appreciated that she had to speak two languages (English and Mandarin) and even wrote words for us to ensure we understand, especially my husband was wearing a hearing aid. There was a misunderstanding for one of the pickup location and Vivan solved the issue as quickly and as professionally. I appreciated her kindness and thoughtful for all the efforts she did especially in looking out for all of us as the big group. Thank you, Ms Vivian for the wonderful memories you had made us enjoyable as the family! For the activity trip, as a family of four with two strollers, I recommended not to pack so much -. just a big shopping bag and a small bag will do. The bus does not have a USB port and it was raining in the middle of the activity so best to bring own power bank and umbrella. I would recommend this trip as we bought some lovely souvenirs at Yufuin village as well!

Suitable for lazy people, this tour covered four attractions, which felt a bit rushed. The tour guide service was excellent, and the photography skills were also good. Actually, you can take a bus from Hakata Station to Meotoi (Twin Sisters Rocks) for 1000 yen. After returning, I realized that only the beach was worth spending time experiencing. I recommend taking the bus to the beach and spending a whole day there; it will be a better experience than booking a day tour.

Our guide, An Caichan, provided lively and comprehensive explanations in multiple languages. She treated every visitor with warmth and patience, taking special care of the elderly and children, and even helping with photo opportunities. Any problems encountered during the trip were promptly resolved, and the guide even helped find lost items. The distances between attractions were moderate, allowing ample time at each, and the itinerary was well-designed and not rushed. It's especially suitable for families with elderly and children, saving time and effort compared to planning your own itinerary. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and our driver, Ono, drove smoothly, allowing us to rest well during the long journey. Even when we encountered traffic jams, the guide flexibly adjusted the route, allowing us to enjoy the scenery along the way. The local restaurants and ice cream recommended by the guide were delicious, and there were no mandatory purchases, leaving plenty of room for choice.


