Important Notes:
1. Individuals with heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, asthma, infectious diseases, pregnant women, and those prone to severe seasickness are advised not to board the boat. Visitors who conceal such conditions will bear full responsibility for any accidents occurring during the voyage.
2. You must queue up to board the boat under staff guidance. Pay attention to safety on the floating dock and be cautious when using the gangway steps to avoid falling into the water.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guardian, and seniors aged 65 and above in good health must be accompanied by an immediate family guardian to travel.
Guests who have undergone major surgery within the past six months should immediately contact customer support to explain their situation, and travel arrangements will be made accordingly.

Precautions to prevent seasickness:
At sea, some people are prone to seasickness. There are several common prevention methods:
1. Get plenty of rest before going out to sea and maintain a positive mindset during the trip.
2. Apply motion sickness patches or take medication 30 minutes in advance.
3. Try to avoid staying in cabins or enclosed spaces on the boat. Stay in open areas with good ventilation and wide views. Focus on distant mountains or small islands, and apply cooling ointments like essential balm if needed.

1. Please advise customers to plan their time in advance to avoid delays in their itinerary. An appropriate sailing route should be arranged based on the customer's departure time and request.
2. The yacht rental price includes the captain, crew, and fuel costs.
3. Follow the captain's instructions for safety. Do not swim in the sea at will. The yacht is equipped with safety equipment such as life jackets for customers.
The boarding time deviation must not exceed half an hour. Any time beyond this will be calculated as half an hour from the scheduled departure time.
5. The yacht has purchased insurance for travelers.
In the following situations where normal sailing is not possible, a full refund will be issued, or alternative sailing times can be negotiated.
1. Sea visibility less than 1 kilometer;
2. Severe weather conditions on the day of departure, such as typhoons, thunderstorms, lightning, etc.;
Cancellation of yacht rides without special circumstances will incur a 30% penalty fee.
