We were very lucky because the sky was completely clear in Rovaniemi, so we didn't have to travel far in search of the aurora. Our guide took us to a very beautiful area away from the city, and we spent quite a bit of time enjoying the comings and goings of the Northern Lights. The guide took great photos and was very careful with the group. There were five of us.

This hotel is simply incredible. You don't see artworks made of snow and ice very often. Whether you want to stay overnight is up to you; it's a truly icy experience. We absolutely loved the whole concept and were very impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We even dared to take a shot from a glass made of ice and then throw it at the wall 🫣 It was so much fun!

Berta was a fantastic guide- she did all in her power to help us see the lights. Unfortunately Mother Nature did not allow, I would still recommend this activity again and again- by far the most well organized enjoyable trip.


