From the time the bus departed until we were able to use the restroom, it took more than four hours; otherwise, everything was fine.

The day was long. I don’t think I would do it again. Too short a time at each stop. Not that it was the fault of the tour, it’s just a long day of driving around with not much content.

This was a great self directed activity. The 30 minute walk to the gardens is quite physical with inclines and declines, so as long as you are relatively fit/active/mobile there shouldn’t be a problem. Make sure you wear comfortable walking shoes. Beautiful scenery. Gardens and lake are stunning.
