Gus was a very accommodating tour guide, offering to pick us up from our hotel which wasn’t on the specified list, then dropping us off at Icon Park after the tour. He gave us the best recommendations for Kennedy Space Center and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide!

Enjoyable day in St Augustine. Both our driver (Ishmael) and the driver of the hop on hop off trolley in St Augustine were very knowledgeable and helpful. A very enjoyable break from the theme parks of Orlando. The tour is stated as being 12 hours but in reality was around 11 hours with about 7 hours free time in St Augustine

We feel very privileged to be on a private tour and to enter the enclosures with all the explanations about the animals' lives, to be able to touch them, or even participate in feeding them. So it's a magnificent experience, and a big thank you to Michael for this visit, and these exceptional moments up close with the animals.
