Let me start by saying that we had a comfortable and enjoyable trip there and back. But I think I'll add some important information below, as the description of this event was a bit confusing to me. As I understand it, this is a separate carrier that also departs from bus stations (yes, stations have bus departure zones with separate exits and schedules). When booking, as stated, even if you selected a time and date, they might not be available. Our date was already inconvenient. But they offered to change it to another day, which we did. They responded quickly, but perhaps because of the translator, it was sometimes difficult to understand what was meant. I wouldn't say they were as friendly as we're used to. But I think we figured it out. Tickets are emailed separately with the changed date and time after you've confirmed it with support.★

This is my second time staying here; I stayed here last spring. I'll be staying at the Meitetsu Hotel again tomorrow when I return to Nagoya. The room wasn't large, but it was well-equipped and clean. The location is incredibly convenient. From the airport, just exit the express train, look towards Meitetsu Department Store, go up, and you're on the ground floor. It's a 5-minute walk to the lobby. Check-in is on the 11th floor, at the reception desk. The bus terminal is on the third floor, opposite the hotel elevators, with express bus stops for destinations like Shirakawa-go. There's a large supermarket on the B1 level. Taking the subway and Shinkansen is extremely convenient. There are numerous shopping malls and stores nearby. There's a bus stop right outside, and an airport bus stop across the street. In short, the location is fantastic.★
