We’ll start the day by heading to the stunning Sevan Peninsula, home to the Sevanavank Monastery. Perched on a hill, this historic monastery offers breathtaking views of Lake Sevan, one of the largest high-altitude lakes in the world. Walking through its ancient stone walls, you’ll feel the charm and history of this remarkable place.
Next, we’ll continue towards the lush Tavush region, known for its incredible greenery. Our journey takes us to Parz Lake, a hidden gem nestled in Dilijan National Park. This small yet picturesque lake is the starting point of our hike through the park’s enchanting landscapes. Surrounded by towering trees and fresh mountain air, the trail feels like stepping into paradise.
Our hike concludes near Goshavank Monastery, a beautiful 12th-century site rich in history and medieval architecture. After exploring this hidden treasure, we head to Dilijan, where you’ll wander through the town’s charming old quarters and meet local craftsmen.
