Where to begin? A great host, who taught us so much and was happy to answer our many questions. A great group, there were only three of us on the tour that day, so it was pretty darn private. It was also a quieter day in Arashiyama, so that was a perk we couldn't have planned for. The big highlights for me were seeing the bamboo forest, going beyond the the forest into a secluded garden, and climbing up to Monkey Park which was difficult in the moment but super rewarding at the top. Thanks for the great tour, Art! (I'm assuming it's time call you that, since we're now friends)★

It was an entertaining trip with the guide Aaron knowledgeable in the Kyoto history. It was well paced and covered the interesting bits of Kyoto without being too long or tiring . It isn’t autumn yet here but the lush greenery was a sight to see .★
