Overall good. However, on the description it said the drop-off location is the same with the pick-up location and I have chosen the Windsor Hotel as my pick-up location, but when dropping off the afternoon guide Rob said he can only drop everybody off near the Immigration Museum which is the lunch break location. Luckily it was Friday night and still lots of people on the streets, otherwise I would be very scared to get back to my hotel all alone by myself. Also Rob was not very considerate, when I asked if there is a chance of toilet on our way back from the Penguin Parade to Melbourne City (a two hours drive), he simply said No coldly.★

This trip was excellent. Traveling alone in Melbourne, I felt a bit insecure, so I opted for the Mercedes-Benz A-Class package. I was quite nervous before they picked me up, but once I got in the car, everyone was Chinese, and the tour guide explained her years of experience in the area, which immediately put me at ease. The tour guide's explanations throughout the trip were very detailed and attentive. Highly recommended! There was also plenty of time to visit each attraction.★

There were around 20 people on the tour, including Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Westerners, and other Asians. There were many rest stops along the way, and if you got hungry, there were places to buy snacks or KFC, so we had plenty of fun on the bus. ☺︎ Of course, the tourist spots were also very beautiful, so I didn't feel pressed for time.★

It was a fantastic trip! We set off at 8 AM to catch the earliest little train. The cool, refreshing morning air and the steam from the train were so pleasant. The staff were incredibly helpful, waving goodbye as the train pulled away. We saw many residents and tourists along the way, and everyone greeted us warmly – it was so much fun!
Then we went to the zoo and a chocolate factory. The driver kept giving us tips on how to have fun and eat the most cost-effective things. We then visited a beautiful island, and finally, we went to Penguin Island. There weren't many penguins that day, but we still saw a few up close. We didn't get back to the city until after 11 AM. The trip was quite long, and the driver was the most tired, as he had to drop us off and then drive home himself.
I highly recommend this tour! Small car transportation, fewer people, and comfortable.
