Unfortunately, we couldn't take the eastern tour as planned due to strong winds, but the guide, sensing my disappointment at the change of plans, was simply fantastic. We talked the entire trip, and she explained perfectly everything we saw along the coast and all the types of whales and dolphins that live in these waters and are often spotted. She's clearly very knowledgeable and well-prepared, and she speaks perfect English, which isn't a given on the island. The boat is clean and nice, and the captain is very good at keeping the seas smooth. If I may offer one piece of advice, I'd suggest making more than one stop for swimming.★

The guide and driver were wonderful, so friendly and full of information and enthusiasm. The views were spectacular. I had been a bit worried as I’m not a huge fan of heights but there were railings provided and the climb was definitely worth it!★

Diogo welcomed us right at the pier. Last year, we went on a half-day tour around Funchal and the Nun's Valley with him and his brother. This time, we traveled along the west coast. We changed the route a little and he was very responsive to our needs. It's also great chatting with him.
There's not much to say about the stops – the pictures speak for themselves. Madeira is a dream and Diogo shows you that with his passion. Thanks again and see you soon – the east coast is calling!★

Interesting trip to the North East part of Madeira. I would drop the stop at Machico and reduce to 45 minutes the stop at Ribeiro Frio and have more time at Pico do Areeiro and Sao Lourenco.
