We were rebooked onto the sunset tour for organizational reasons. It was the best decision to take advantage of this offer. Our guide, Andrew, took us to amazing places and gave us a wealth of background information on the origins of the national park. I don't think I've ever experienced such a beautiful sunset. How could I come to the United States and not visit the Grand Canyon? So I booked a day tour. The tour was very well organized; everything from meeting point and directions to the final tipping session was clearly explained, so I wasn't worried about getting lost. Although it was an English-language tour with other global tourists, I was lucky enough to meet a Chinese driver, Mr. Song. He drove steadily and even gave me directions, explaining the highlights of the itinerary. There's also an optional extra for $20, which unlocks a guided tour of the scenic views and a full-time photo shoot – definitely worth signing up for; the photos were excellent.

Our tour guide Prince was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Me and my buddy are in wheelchairs and Prince always made sure that we were taken care of and that we got to experience as much of the tour as we could. He would also make jokes along the way to and back from the canyon which made the trip even more enjoyable. Would highly recommend this tour for anyone who loves landscapes, wildlife and just being out in nature.
