During my stay in Switzerland, I made full use of the SBB pass. It was incredibly convenient – trains, trams, ferries, and most museums – no need to worry about buying tickets, just choose the right time. Plus, there's a Chinese version of the SBB pass on WeChat mini-program, which is accurate and easy to use. I'll definitely buy the pass again next time I'm in Switzerland.★

The transportation was good and punctual. But when we arrived at the ski resort, the guide left us at the ski platform so a staff member could meet us in a room. But the staff member wasn't there. This caused a 15-20 minute delay. We did meet the agreed lesson schedule. But I don't give it a full rating. Lucerne has nothing to see. Just a bridge. Mount Titlis is an incredible and cinematic place. The tour should have focused more on the skiing itself. The skiing experience was top notch. The instructors were super patient. It was worth it. But here's a tip: The guide should have taken the tourists to the ski instructors' presentation, as that would have been more appropriate and the staff would have provided more attentive service.★

Our Mount Titlis experience was surreal had the most magical time in this place from the moment we got in the bus our Tour guide/ driver was absolutely fantastic I cannot remember his name but would definitely do this excursion again he made us all feel very welcoming our journey first started at Lake Lucerne we stopped there for 2 hours with breath taking views and then around 40 minute journey to Mount Titlis Engelberg.★

This was a really fun quick activity to learn about the history of Lindt chocolate and get a free tasting. However, if you have to translate in English, beware that the listening device malfunctions at times.★

We joined the Interlaken and Grindelwald tour and decided to upgrade to Jungfraujoch—one of the best decisions of our trip! Our guide, Kid, made the whole experience unforgettable. At first, I was surprised by his unique humor, but soon realized that’s just his fun and engaging style. He kept the group entertained and made everyone feel included. Kid also knew every perfect spot for photos and videos, and he gladly offered to take them for each participant. Thanks to him, we have amazing shots to remember this day by. The journey up the mountains, the snow, and the stunning views from the Top of Europe were all simply breathtaking. It was a smooth, well-organized, and truly memorable tour. Highly recommended—especially if you’re lucky enough to have Kid as your guide!
