The tour was conducted in a private car. The driver's information was helpful and useful. We enjoyed everything. Excellent service; the driver picked us up at the hotel. There were four people in the group. I highly recommend this tour; we really enjoyed it. We thank the company for their service.★

I was very happy to be able to visit a place that is hard to get to on your own! The waterfalls and nature were so beautiful! It's a sight you should see at least once in your life. The explanations were very helpful, and they took lots of photos for me. The lunch was delicious. The side dishes were served on large plates, so it might be difficult for people who don't like sharing with others.★

For anyone coming to Sapa, I highly recommend HK Bus, a sleeper bus company that provides full service. I suggest booking through Trip.com. They have staff available to assist you throughout the process via Line. Just fill out the required information and it's easy. Upon arrival at the bus company in Sapa, they'll have a minivan to take you to your accommodation, and the same applies for the return trip. The waiting area at the bus company is spacious and comfortable. Remember, when you come to Sapa, use HK Bus!★

We had an excellent guide Sumi! She was so helpful and informative and looked after our family the whole day . We had a great experience, however the roller coaster was not included in the itinerary as shown .
