The weather wasn't great because it was rainy, but even so we were able to enjoy the towns and the snow on Mount First was definitely the highlight! It was a great trip.

The customer service was always helpful and patient. It was my first time visiting the Jungfraujoch, and I felt uneasy without having experienced it myself. The train, then the cable car, then the cogwheel train, all sounded quite complicated. Booking this ticket was cheaper than buying them individually, and the customer service was incredibly detailed and informative. I give it a thumbs-up!

Our day trip to Grindelwald was wonderful. Our guide, Stefanos was helpful, patient and accomodating and helped us have a fun day. The tour was well organised and easy. Grindelwald was spectacular and well worth a visit!

If you have any doubt, just do it! We had a fabulous time and maximized our one day in Switzerland and really were able to enjoy its natural beauty. Joshua was fantastic and made a very special picnic for us at #JoshuaPoint.

My guide was named Yannick I highly recommend him. He took care of me gave me warm clothing, told me about the mountains and made sure I was safe and okay the entire time on ground and in the air. He also took amazing photos/ videos! I highly recommend him.
