Paulo was great on introducing himself and others at the initial meet and greet. Pay attention to your emails for directions. Traveling I missed this. But connected with staff who helped and with a quick taxi ride we met at the meet up spot for the market. The market education was great. A sampling of bread and cheese. Lovely.

Explanation and demonstration of how things needed to be prepped in the kitchen, We all went to work. Strangers became friends. We had a lovely time. Wine. Water and juice.
The Cauliflower soup was delicious.
The use of a pressure cooker facilitated our meal.
Dessert was unique.
The Chef was great to keep everyone busy and involved in creating our dinner.
I have done several cooking classes around the US. This was next level.
My significant other never did these and loved the class.
It’s not cheap but we were all part of our excursion. 4:30-10pm.
Highly recommend.
