Francesca was an outstanding tour guide! We met her at the meeting point, she was very easy to find, and much to our surprise me and my husband were the only people signed up for the tour that morning so we had a private tour. Francesca was so knowledgeable and took us to the main points of interest. She navigated the gallery in a way that allowed us to get right up front with the works of art all while respectfully interacting with the other guides with larger groups and allowing us to move around them to get better views. She knew the best routes to take. She was the most interesting and fun guide I’ve ever had on a tour. Thank you so much Francesca!★

Best tour of the trip! It’s worth it for the private tour! Iloria was amazing! She knew all the staff at the Musuem and was able to effortlessly move us through the crowds and get us prime viewing spots and space to take photos. She tailored the tour specifically to us and had a deep passion for art and art education. My parents are older and have trouble walking long distances so she even called a cab and get us to Academia quickly
