On August 6th, I participated in a one-day tour of Vancouver and Victoria. I was very satisfied with the overall itinerary. Many thanks to our tour leader and driver, Henry, who was sincere and humorous, and explained the history along the way. The most memorable thing was that two people from Spain came to visit. Their English was not very good and they could not read Chinese, but they had signed up for a Chinese tour. Henry did his best to explain the itinerary to them. He was very dedicated and deserves praise!

Our guide, Ken, was very attentive and enthusiastic in introducing each attraction and even took some beautiful photos for us. He also frequently checked on everyone to make sure we needed water and snacks, making it a pleasant and relaxing day for us. 😊 Butchart Gardens was very beautiful, filled with the fragrance of flowers, which was very uplifting. Victoria Harbour was full of British charm. Mile 0, although just a small monument, represents the starting point of "connecting the whole country." After taking photos, we went to the opposite waterfront promenade and gazed at the Olympic Mountains in Washington State, USA, in the distance, a magnificent view.

I took a Victoria day tour on July 24th. Our guide was Ken Xu, who explained things carefully and took good care of the group members. The itinerary was also very comprehensive! Highly recommended!

Excellent service at the Seaplane base (airport) with pleasant staff and comfy waiting area. Nice greeting by the Captain/Pilot. Helpful quay side staff to board and disembark the aircraft. Once the safety video was over there was no more comments from the Captain, perhaps a little bit of info about the area would be nice. But, overall a great activity and a tick off the 'to do list!'

Very good experience with hassle free arrangements from Vancouver. I got mixed with the Chinese tourists and ai the only English-speaking tourists and the tour guid was able to handle the tour in bi-lingual languages.


