The driver arrived at the hotel on time that morning to pick us up. The vehicle was a 9-seater, and the cabin was clean and tidy. The driver, who also acted as our guide, gave a brief introduction at each attraction before we had free time. We met up on time for the next attraction. The time was a bit tight; more time would have been better. Thank you so much to the driver! 🙏🏼★

This trip was exceptionally well-planned. Every detail, from departure to return, was meticulously arranged, and the pace of the activities was perfectly controlled, allowing us to fully enjoy the beauty and culture of Shirakawa-go. The tour leader was extremely professional and polite, attentively attending to the needs of each traveler, patiently answering questions, and providing helpful information and thoughtful tips throughout the trip, making the entire journey smoother and more reassuring.
I will recommend this travel agency and tour leader to my friends, and I would definitely participate in their other tours again if given the opportunity. Thank you for your dedication and professionalism; it made for a wonderful day!
