The guide was very attentive and explained a lot about the places visited. The food was good. On the negative side: I think the company's weaknesses were that when I needed information on WhatsApp, I received little to no response. According to the activity description, there were other departure times, and the company never responded to whether I could change the time. When I had doubts about whether the quad bike took me to the top of the mountain, the person who assisted me told me to read the website, and the description was confusing (and for anyone with the same doubt, the quad bike drops you off close. There's still a 40/60 minute hike uphill, depending on your pace). Our pick-up was confusing and delayed by more than 30 minutes. They arranged to meet me in the square and didn't show up. I had to keep calling the guide to find out if they were coming, and in the end, they changed our pick-up point (to make matters worse, it was a rainy day). We waited in the rain from 4 am to be paid around 4:30/4:35 am.

Really so beautiful. Rainbow mountain is pretty, but the surrounding area like red valley really makes this special. Did have a little confusion with pre booking the horse as well. I recommend booking a tour that doesn’t include the horse, and just pay in person. Alfredo supported us, and even offered someone oxygen when they weren’t feeling well. We added red valley last minute and it was so worth it. Food was good too.

Recommend rainbow mountain - even with kids Tour was great. Went to rainbow mountain with kids, 10yo and 9yo girls. They're accustomed to long hikes but the altitude made a bit of a difference on this one. Wally as a tour guide was great. Was really positive and encouraged us to go to the top while still at our own pace. We did what he said and we were definitely glad we didn't wait in line in the 2 picture spots as there were lots of great picture spots that were better. We chatted and he shared some of where he was from, about the region, etc. Was really interesting! breakfast before and lunch after. My daughter wasn't feeling well and she stayed up with him for the drive back (long drives and unfinished roads - but don't let that deter you!). She stated (without being asked) that he took really good care of her, kept checking in make she okay, and was all round great. There were horse offerings to go up that sounded to be reasonable (10 or 15usd? Can't recall). There's water to be bought on the way up if you don't have enough. Overall great trip. Thanks, wally!


