No-fuss pick-up and drop-off. You get to explore the waterfall for about 90 mins. As this is a group tour it is also subject to other participants being punctual for pick-up at hotel and departure from waterfall. We have had people who returned late and delayed us. The driver was patient and professional throughout and to his credit did wait for those latecomers but in the end when two persons didn’t return to the car he had to drive off after a protracted wait for them. Overall I nightly recommend this as a good value tour, cheaper than others I have found.★

Great service. Salesperson was very patient and responsive when I tried to find out our options. They gave good recommendations and helpful tips. The driver was polite and drived with extra care especially at those narrow mountain winding roads. The company updated our car for free on that day. The price is reasonable too. It includes all the parking, tolls fees. We designed our own itinerary with the driver’s suggestion of a restaurant for lunch. so it’s very flexible. We had a enjoyable and care-free day. Highly recommend their service to people who don’t want to go through the hassle of renting and driving/parking a car in Thailand.★

We saw so many things on one day, from elephants to water falls to coffee farm and mountain (including hughest point in Thailand) and national park. Even if it felt rushed at times, it's so much better than to do it in 2 different tours if you're on a tight schedule.
Also the contact with elephants was nice and friendly, not too much handling. The road was also bumpy.
You don't have to bathe with elephants or to swim, so you could keep ur clothes.
During the hike, we were free to walk at our pace, stop for pictures or to explore some things. Nobody was rushing or controlling us, although someone always stayed behind with the last person of the group. (And one more at the front)
The guides were super nice and explained everything. Especially rainbow, she is such a cute girl and she is so friendly.
Only smalk point is that the driving of the driver felt crazy at some points, speeding at curves and sharp turns.★

A fab day, Bella was very informative and friendly. Multiple elephants to visit and feed. Very well organised and lunch was a nice touch. Sticky water falls were very fun with plenty time to explore
