Renato was a lovely guide for my tour of Puebla. He communicated very well before and during my tour. He also customized information about Puebla and its history that was of particular interest to me, and went so far as to call a friend who knew of a particular aspect of its history that I was curious about and with which he was not familiar. I wouldn’t hesitate to tour with him again. Highly recommend.

The tour was perfect. Ara is an excellent guide, as well as friendly and pleasant. The driver was also super friendly. I highly recommend this tour and her guide.

Carlos provided excellent service; he was on time and waiting for us with a sign bearing my name. He took care of the luggage, offered us a bottle of water, and drove safely without jostling us. The vehicle was clean and had no unpleasant odors. We will definitely use his services a few times during our stay.

A very good show; we had a great time. The description says the staff speaks English, which is false. So ordering extras and drinks was difficult. Be aware that some seats are behind a pillar.

The experience was fantastic! We loved visiting several places. It was a safe tour; they leave and return you to the meeting point on time. The tourism staff were very kind, especially for my mother who has knee problems. It was the best choice we made, and I'm very happy.


