Our family of five had a fantastic time during our tour of Pompeii and Herculaneum. The entire experience was thoughtfully done, from the shuttle pick ups and drop offs to the break time to get lunch, and especially for the amazing information and walking tours from our guide, Gennaro. Gennaro brought these sites to life for us in such a compelling way, with interesting facts and stories about life there during that time, along with memorable, amusing anecdotes. His energy level was strong during the entire tour as well. We highly recommend ASKOS Tours Pompeii and especially Gennaro as a guide!

Alessandro was a phenomenal tour guide. She is a Pompeii archaeologist in the summer months and tour guide off season- so she really knows her stuff. She was so informative and we learnt loads. Had we not booked a tour we wouldn’t have had a clue what anything really was. I would 100% recommend booking a tour. Worth every penny. She answered all the questions the kids had and more.


