The flight was great, though the plane was a bit old!

The itinerary description and the actual itinerary differed. The entire trip mentioned meeting at a specific point, but no one contacted us to explain the details, leaving us to explore on our own, which was quite confusing. Fortunately, the scenery was beautiful and fantastic.

The itinerary is well-planned, varied, and suitable for families.
Reviews: Airlie Beach: Whitehaven Full-Day Eco-Cruise with Buffet

The weather was cloudy and raining but the staff ensured we still had a good day. They knew the best places to snorkel based on the weather etc so we got to see plenty of sealife. Whitehaven beach was incredible, even in the rain! The boat trip over was a little bumpy so needed seasick tablets. The staff were so friendly and happy to help. Food was nice and plentiful given the small boat.
Reviews: Whitsundays Heart Reef + Whitehaven Beach + Hill Inlet 50–60 min scenic flight (departing from Hamilton Island with pickup available)

I bought the wrong ticket; I thought it was a helicopter. Overall, it's okay, but the plane is quite narrow, seating about 10 people. It's a bit cramped. If possible, definitely sit in the front passenger seat next to the pilot. You can wear headphones there, and there's a steering wheel in front; the photos turn out better.
