The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. Siegmund was a great tour guide - very knowledgeable and helped us navigate around all the big groups for a more personal tour experience. Beautiful views, castles, and food were the highlights - he knew exactly where to go and when. We also bought a souvenir that we left in his vehicle and he went out of his way to ship it back to America. Highly recommend this private tour!
