If a cancellation request is submitted before 10:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 10:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

• Busforus Hop-on-Hop-off Bus Istanbul operates on weekdays from 10 am to 5 pm
• Departures from Sultanahmet Square are available every hour from 10 am to 5 pm
• The full loop tour takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes
• Please note that timings, frequency, and route may be subject to variations due to traffic, weather, or unexpected situations
