This experience includes a guided paddle tour, asana practice, mindful relaxation, and peaceful rest upon your paddle board. Everyone is welcome! This practice is suitable for beginners, as well as experienced paddlers and yogis.
All materials are included as well as a mini-lesson. Our guides are experienced in teaching paddling and yoga. You'll develop awareness, balance and confidence through our support and guidance.
