This boat tour was so, so good. The other passengers on the boat were fabulous fun. The hospitality on the boat was second to none. Beers, wine, yummy panini. Knowledgeable crew, Antonio was just so much fun and could t have been more helpful both on the boat and in Capri itself. The captain‘Strawberry’ was so pin point accurate in his driving and manoeuvrability of the vessel, he blew my mind, as a boater myself. He is a retired Ferry Captain, so his knowledge of the local waters was amazing. But Antonio was the absolute best, young, fun and so full of energy and love for his beautiful home town and gorgeous Capri.★

The boat trip around Capri Island was quite enjoyable. The 72 degree F weather and clear blue sky also helped. The wait to get into the Blue Grotto was an hour. The big boat that took us around the island could not wait for that long and passed by the Blue Grotto. Once we got back on shore, we were instructed to use our ticket stubs to get on a smaller motor boat that would take us straight back to the Blue Grotto. We decided to have lunch at one of the seaside restaurants before getting on the motor boat. After a delicious lunch on wine, salad and pizza, we got back to the Blue Grotto, waited and an hour for the small rowboat and finally visited the natural wonder which is not seen in any of the 30+ countries that I have visited so far on my life. After we got back from the Blue Grotto, we bought tickets for the tram/funicular and went to the top of the mountain to take in the beautiful of the harbor and the ocean from above. We then walked down the mountain by way of Via Cristoforo Colombo which is a 10 feet wide paved walking path with some occasional steps. The path passed by many beautiful houses and their private gardens, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience for us.★

It was an amazing day overall, the boat journey wasn’t rocky or bumpy, the two men in charge were full of information throughout the trip on the history of the island while also pointing out all landmarks and sights to see. They Made sure we had a great experience. Playing music throughout and making sure everyone got the same views for the same amount of time by spinning the boat to make sure. We stopped to swim twice and it was amazing jumping off the boat or using the ladder to get it, they also had floats to help you swim which was great. They had everyone smiling the whole day and they were full of energy themselves. There was lots of water, fizzy drinks and beer on board and available very easily. Toilets and showers are on board too. We had an amazing day and would highly recommend to everyone looking to do a day trip to capri.
