Helpful staff, the lady explained everything and took care of the taxi to the place and the way back. If someone doesn't feel strong enough to do it themselves, this is the perfect solution.

Overall it’s a quite pleasant experience. I would recommend it. Only one tiny setback. On site, my confirmed notice with QR code given by trip.com as I ordered from wasn’t accepted. I was asked to download its App instead. Have expressed my difficulties, it finally accepted. It would be much better to clarify in advance, not confuse customers.
