The tour was excellent, our group rode on three 7-seated mini-vans, tasted different wines, say, white wine, red wine, port wine and green wine, as well as a light dinner in a wonderful view of sun set. Because of storms in the last few weeks and the boat tour had to be cancelled, the itinerary was carefully amended. Have to say a big thankyou to the tourist guides, they were so friendly and knowledgeable about wine, history and culture. The trip worths much more than the cost.★

It was fantastic to see so many places in one day, even though it was a bit tiring. The misty weather meant we couldn't see any of the amazing views from on top of the mountains, but that's not the guide's fault. He made us laugh by making jokes about the weather. Could have done with a bit more time in Guimaraes.★

Although the boat trip wasn't possible due to the heavy rains a few days ago, everything was perfect. Instead, we went to a third winery for a tasting. The guide, Slimmy, was incredibly friendly and demonstrated historical knowledge of the route. The driver, Franco, was also a great driver and even helped as a photographer during the stops. An excellent duo!
