We really enjoyed the boat trip. Lots of interesting things to see . However , we did find it difficult as non German speakers to understand everything that was seen . It was obvious that the German tour guide was being well received and entertaining , so we did feel quite left out . We were not offered audio guides .★

Our tour was incredibly exciting and fun, with lots of insider tips. We sailed through the ice floes (an amazing feeling!) and stayed nice and warm inside. A little tip: if you want to visit Speicherstadt (Warehouse District), check the current tide conditions beforehand. This tour is highly recommended!★

We travelled approximately 22 kilometers on the Elbe, and I found the "detour" to the freight port the most impressive part... I'm glad I experienced it. Drinks on board were, as expected, expensive, but the staff were in good spirits :)Trip.com Picks
