The tour was well organized, everything was smooth and on time. The only issue was that I booked a boat tour, but they weren't running yet—why would they sell a tour like that? Otherwise, everything was great; Niagara Falls is a wonderful place! I highly recommend it!★

Great value for money. The stops were reasonably well timed, could have been a little shorter but preferable to feeling rushed. I was surprised how much I enjoyed Niagara on the Lake as it was less touristic than the other locations.★

Since I only had one day in Toronto to visit Niagara Falls, I booked the tour with Airlink Tours. I'm not usually a fan of guided day trips; I prefer to explore sights independently. However, I really enjoyed the tour, and the time spent at Niagara Falls was just right for a day trip. I took longer than expected for the "Journey Behind the Falls" (highly recommended!) and unfortunately missed our departure time for the next stop. This wasn't a problem at all, as Haroon was extremely flexible and, after I called him, picked me and two others up and took us to the next stop. Haroon was incredibly friendly and communicative. What I really appreciated was that you could add activities on the day of the tour at regular prices. I would only book the Skylon Tour (an alternative to the boat tour in the off-season) if the weather is good. Then it's fantastic!
