I felt like the tour guide is not as informative as other tour guide like saying information in 2 to 3 times as tour goes by. He either speaks to fast or maybe his native tongue which I think the more he should repeat instructiond more than one. Not all people who got intimidated by him would have guts to say to repeat what he said. Although he is nice most of the time but not as competent as others. The driver Mr Lourence Craig AKA James Bond.. he was really nice I wanna give give something too bad I didnt have cash★

Overall, my partner and I really enjoyed the trip. It was probably a once in a lifetime opportunity to do mount Titlis, and after working through our fears, it was an amazing experience! The views were breathtaking and the snow tubing was AWESOME! Our tour guide (Gabriel) and the driver were very friendly and helpful throughout the day. Would definitely recommend.★

The boat ride was excellent and it was like being at a mini Niagara Falls. The boat ride was worth the extra 10 francs. Beautiful little town of 3k residents was like out of a fairy book. Rolf, our tour guide, was funny which made the bus ride more enjoyable. He was well informed and we learned a lot about Switzerland.
