The itinerary was very relaxing. The guide was engaging and welcoming and made it feel like a big family trip. Ha long bay was breathtaking and the overall experience was excellent. Went on the speedboat, the amazing cave. Also loved lunch. I would definitely book this again.★

The staff is great. Everything is spot on. We were picked up from the hotel on time. They messaged us on WhatsApp. The boat is old and very basic, don't expect luxury. The lunch is good. Rice, French fries, delicious fried fish, salads. Drinks are not included, but are cheap. Fanta is 30,000 dong (100 rubles). The whole day is very boring. We sailed for a long time, then kayaked to the bays. The bays seemed beautiful, but dirty. They gave me and my children, ages 6 and 10, a three-person kayak. We managed. The sea is dirty there, you can't swim. And there was an excursion to a fish farm, it's interesting to see sharks there. The guide, Tiger, explained everything well. Well done. We also took a transfer from Hanoi to Cat Ba and Cat Ba to Hai Phong Airport from the same company. Everything was smooth, on time. Everyone was given cookies and water along the way.★

We booked our cruise with Taliya to Ha Long Bay and had a very good overall experience.
The guide contacts you on WhatsApp the night before to confirm pickup details. We weren’t staying in the Hanoi Old Quarter, so we arranged pickup from a hotel there. Everything was clearly communicated and easy to manage.
The bus ride from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay and back was comfortable. Our guide, Alan, kept us informed throughout the trip, explaining the schedule and activities clearly.
On board, each family or couple was assigned a dedicated waiter, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The buffet had a good variety of seafood and other dishes. We travelled with our two children and they really enjoyed the experience.
The bamboo boat ride was scenic and relaxing, and kayaking was also available. Just remember to keep some small cash for tips (boat rower, waiter, and driver). Also note that drinks is not included.
Overall, a smooth, well-run cruise.
