Our guide, Dan, spoke English very clearly, and even though I'm a beginner, I was able to understand to some extent. Although it wasn't mentioned in the tour guide's description, it seems that the tour included a return boat ride, which surprised me.★

The tour is well organised and suitably paced. The day before, the organiser contacted me and informed me about the pick up time. They arrived as scheduled, and arrived at the bottom of Ba Na hills on time. The bus is modern and looking good. The guide is friendly and helpful, and allows sufficient time to experience properly, in my opinion. As a matter of feedback, they could share the entrance QR codes via WhatsApp or similar instead of trying to take a photo of their phone. Great experience overall, I'd certainly love to do it again.
