It's simple and quick, and the verification process is easy, but the ships at the dock aren't very easy to identify, so you still need to consult the staff.

Amazing experience and worth every penny. The 2 therapists we had, Meli and Juli were fantastic and a credit to the hotel. Loved it.

All was fantastic. The only thing that I wa so sorry about was the fact that I had just little time to visit the site due to late departure . Basicaly, we were due to leave at 10:30 am and because of Ramazan the time was changed to 14:30. I arrived arround 16:15 and I had just one hour to visit and I was asked to go for my meal. There was vv busy due to ifttar and it took approx 1h30 min to eat as the serving was delayed. By the time I finish eating was almost dark and although the place was lit I was not allowed to visit the Village and the Castle . I would recommend to leave at 12:30 and advise the guests to visit the Castle first as the Tenta area is open until 10 pm .

It is also great for solo travelers or business people who don't know where to go. Since you travel a lot by car, take boats and cable cars, and visit all the must-see places, I recommend it to those with plenty of time.
