We traveled in the off-season and as a result were lucky to have Hussein as a guide for my husband and me only. Hussein accepted the challenge and introduced us to the intricacies and deep history of the Hippodrome, Blue Mosque and much more. His mastery of the history and delight in sharing his world made the tour accessible and entertaining. The gentleness with which he greeted the resident cats added a humanity that brought this rich city into our hearts!★

Really smooth and stress-free experience. The driver was on time, friendly, and helped with luggage, which I really appreciated.

This was our first time doing this type of activity. All of the staff working there were very courteous and respectful. They were very professional. We would do it again when we return to Istanbul in the future. All aspects of the experience from the sauna, steam room and the actual bath room was wonderful.★

The scrub and massage were fantastic! We opted for the 70-minute treatment, but in the end, the scrub and massage weren't any longer. 20 minutes in the sauna beforehand is too much, at least for me. The staff were very friendly.
