The tour wasn't a half-day one, as the title suggested. It only lasted 2.5 hours. We took a boat ride around the island, along the river and through the mangroves, stopped at a bat cave, saw eagles (we didn't feed them, as stated), and also stopped for lunch. Everything went very quickly. I wish it had lasted longer.

The itinerary was good. The only drawback was that we wasted 40 minutes at the hotel. Otherwise, the actual tour time was about 2 hours. The price was okay. It would have been cheaper if we had booked locally. The online service was very good.

Everything went great. The journey took 1.5 hours. We arrived at the pier, showed the electronic voucher, and they printed out our tickets. Upon arrival, they transferred us to small boats and took us to the pontoon. On shore, we crossed the border and paid a tourist tax of 200 baht.

It's even easier than traveling from Langkawi to Koh Lipe. They check your TripCom payment at the entrance, you quickly go through passport control, and get your boarding pass. Everything is as described in the booking instructions. The ferry to Langkawi is also much more convenient; there's even a TV showing a movie.

Everything is great, the boat is not bad, the islands are very beautiful, there are not many people, I recommend taking lunch with you, because by the end you will be very hungry.


