This was an excellent experience in every way. To have a guide with deep knowledge of the island’s history, food culture, and culinary traditions started our week in Mallorca on the best footing. The market visit was incredible, followed by a few hours at Deborah’s impressive, feel-good studio. It was a beautiful space to prep, cook and dine. And Deborah is a great instructor. Afterwards, she gave us guidance on some out-of-the-way places to visit, including restaurants and museums. Her classes change with the seasonal produce. We had winter, and are looking forward to intend to another season in the future. We love this island!

I booked this Segway experience for the family whilst on holiday in the area (2 adults 1 younger teen). None of us had any Segway experience & I was slightly nervous beforehand especially as I fell off during the 10 min instruction. After some trial & error it appears I was hanging onto the handles bars too tightly which caused the issue as they’re very sensitive. The owner of the company then led us on safari at my pace until I got used to the Segway which didn’t take long at all, we went through the nature reserve & up to the castle for a brief stop (amazing views) before continuing. In the nature reserve you drive across sand, & along some rocky paths which are all manageable (remember to bend your knees!). I’m so pleased I booked this experience & gave it a go, I’d happily book again on our return & be confident to use a Segway elsewhere now. The owner is such a friendly supportive chap, telling us all about the area & even recommended some nearby beaches to us. If you’re even thinking about this trip book it you won’t be disappointed. Parking in the area is a problem so leave ample time.

It was a multi-sensory experience. The service was fantastic, in an intimate and pleasant atmosphere. Atanas took great care of us, dedicating all his time and attention to us and guiding us through an experience we hadn't expected. We didn't just drink wine; we smelled, thought about, and reflected on it.


